By downloading, installing, or using the ChineseGo app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChineseGo for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
ChineseGo offers optional in-app purchases for lifetime access to premium content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All phrase content, audio recordings, translations, and other materials in the App are provided for educational and travel reference purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that translations are error-free or suitable for every situation.
The Concierge service provides real human translation support via phone, email, or messaging. This is an optional service arranged directly between you and our team. Service availability and pricing may vary. Contact us for details.
All content in ChineseGo — including phrases, translations, audio, design, and code — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is completely accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
